Tape Edge Closing
Expert mattress tailoring operation done by an experienced craftsman insures proper placement of materials in the mattress casing. Prevents the mattress from having a "haphazardly stuffed" look.
Compression Lace Tufting
Forces foam, poly fiber and mattress casing to work together as a system, creating a supportive synergy unique to the types and amounts of materials used, the length of the tuft and the number of tufts used. This equation helps differentiate one Otis futon mattress from another.
